Know who comes in, who goes out, and who's responding.
Wardn runs the gate. Residents send visitors a pass, guards check it in seconds even when the network is down, and a panic alarm keeps escalating until someone answers.
For residential estates
Everything the gate, the residents and the estate office need, on the phones and tablets they already have.
Visitor passes
Residents invite a visitor and share a QR pass or a 6-character code. Each pass works once, for the time the resident set.
Gate console that works offline
Passes are cryptographically signed, so the gate device checks them with no network. Entries upload when the connection returns.
Walk-ins, approved by the host
No pass? The guard picks the house and the resident approves or declines from their phone before the gate opens.
Domestic staff clock-in
Cooks, drivers and cleaners clock in and out with a PIN. Residents see who is on site and can suspend access instantly.
Panic button that escalates
An alarm takes over every gate screen at once. If no guard responds, it climbs to the head of security and the estate's emergency numbers.
An estate office that can see
A live dashboard, the full gate log with CSV export, a watchlist, guard and device management, and alarm history.
For secondary schools
Every student leaving the gate is accounted for: where they're going, why, who allowed it, and when they came back.
Check-out with a reason
A student records where they're going and why before they reach the gate, and gets a pass for the gate to check.
The gate confirms every exit
The school gate sees the student's photo and pass, lets them out, and logs them back in when they return.
Parents and the school office see it
Parents can follow their child's exits and returns, and the school office sees who is out right now.
From invitation to entry in under a minute
No new hardware needed to start. Wardn runs in the browser on phones, tablets and laptops, and installs like an app.
Resident invites
They enter the visitor's name and time, and share the pass by WhatsApp or SMS.
Visitor arrives
They show the QR on their phone, or read out the 6-character code.
Guard checks
The gate device shows VALID or DENIED in seconds, online or offline.
Everyone knows
The entry is logged, and the resident is told their visitor is in.
Built like a security product, because it is one
- Passes are signed with Ed25519 so they can't be forged, even when the gate is offline.
- Typed codes are random and stored only as hashes.
- Each estate's and school's data is kept separate; nobody sees another site's records.
- Sign-in by phone code; estate admins and heads of security also use an authenticator app.
- Every role sees only what it needs: guards, residents, admins and students each have their own view.
- Gate devices are paired with a one-time code and can be signed out remotely.
